Studies have shown patients who are offered this service have much better adherence to new treatment regimes compared to those not offered this service, which results in overall better health outcomes
The new medicine service gives patients a chance to find out more information about new medication that may have been prescribed and also works to help identify and try and resolve any issues. Its confidential and works around a time that is suitable for you. Consultations can usually take between 10-15 minutes but can be longer if needed.
